Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
  • The property is available for guest check-in beginning at 4:00 PM on the specified Date of Arrival. Check-out Time is at 10:00 AM on the specified Date of Departure. If Guest has not vacated the property by the Check-out Time, Guest will pay the daily rate divided by 10 for each additional hour after 10:00 am until Guest has vacated property. If you need an earlier check-in or check-out time, please contact us to see if it is possible.
  • TSUNAMI EVACUATION ZONE:
  • Please note, this property is located in a tsunami evacuation zone. Evacuation procedures are provided below for your reference.

  • - Start out going south on Haena Pl toward HI-560 (main road heading to Hanalei).
  • - Then 0.03 miles, turn left onto Kuhio Hwy/HI-560.
  • - Then 6.92 miles, turn left onto Kuhio Hwy/HI-560/HI-56. Continue to follow Kuhio Hwy/HI-56.
  • - Then 5.99 miles, turn left onto Kolo Rd.
  • - Then 0.22 miles, arrive at shelter.
  • Evacuation Shelter 2 - Hallon to Kilauea Neighborhood Center (13.47 miles):
  • - From: 4478 Haena Pl, Haena HI 96722
  • - Start out going south on Haena Pl toward HI-560.
  • - Then 0.03 miles, turn left onto Kuhio Hwy/HI-560.
  • - Then 6.92 miles, turn left onto Kuhio Hwy/HI-560/HI-56.
  • - Then 5.99 miles, turn left onto Kolo Rd.
  • - Then 0.09 miles, turn left onto Kilauea Rd. Then 0.42 miles, turn right onto Keneke St.
  • - Then 0.02 miles, arrive at shelter.
  • What to do when evacuating:
  • 1. Gather water, food, clothing, emergency supplies, and insurance / financial records.
  • 2. Wear protective clothing and sturdy shoes.
  • 3. Secure your home.
  • 4. Turn off the main water valve and electricity, if instructed to do so.
  • 5. Let others know where you are going.
  • 6. Leave early enough to avoid being trapped by severe weather.
  • 7. Follow recommended evacuation routes.
