Nestled in a forested private neighborhood, minutes from Lake Tahoe shoreline. While we understand that your furry friend is a part of your family, we ask for forgiveness for not being able to accommodate him/her. Some of our family members suffer from allergies and pet intolerance. This includes service animals. Thank you for showing an interest in our property. ***Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures and weather conditions.    If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, We highly suggest you PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE or BOOK CLOSER to your travel dates. **** NOTE : ONLY 2 Cars on the property. No exceptions! NO STREET PARKING. WE DO NOT HAVE BBQ/GRILL Please note the outdoor furniture may not be usable in winter months due to heavy snow. Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the front front door/deck/parking lot area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned. After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages. ----------------- This upscale, newly renovated and beautifully decorated home offers a spacious open main floor with the kitchen and family room, where everyone can gather as meal preparation, dining and recreation easily becomes one. Bedroom #1 with Queen bed and 1 bathroom with shower and washer dryer are also located on 1st floor. Enjoy the deck, as you spend quality time with your family and friends. Upstairs offer Bedroom #2 with King bed with a queen sleeper sofa, Bedroom #3 with King Bed, and bathroom with shower. This home does not have air conditioning! MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25. Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
