Welcome to Fortson, Georgia. Located in the suburbs of Columbus and home of Fort Benning. This home sits minutes away from the best dining and shopping area in Columbus GA. It also provides quick access to I-185 for 20min travel to the gate of Fort Benning and rapid access to Auburn and Atlanta.
The Space:
Guests will enter the home through the front covered porch. If coming at night, your path is lit with motion detection lighting. As you enter the front door, you are welcomed into a spacious open floor plan. Walking straight in you will pass the fireplace with 65 inch TV overlooking a large living room area that is able to accommodate 8 people comfortably. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
