The Home
Our home is perfect for all things Memphis! Our home has two units, each with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, which can sleep up to 24 guests and each unit features a full kitchen, cozy backyard with a firepit and is located within walking distance to High Point Grocery and High Point Pizza, Memphis’s favorite pizza place! The Memphis Zoo and Brooks Museum of Art are a quick 10 minute drive and Downtown Memphis is only a 20 minute drive! We have no doubt that you will love our home!
The Space:
Guests will access the both units of the home through the front door with a keypad. Both units have the same layout and bedroom arrangement.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
