This 4BR house sits in a great neighborhood of young military families less than 15 minutes to BOTH Fort Benning AND Downtown. Open concept downstairs with fully equipped kitchen and brand new appliances, dining room, living room, and half bath.! Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Set on top of a ridge, the whole property has spectacular views of the rolling hills on Fort Benning! Family friendly, pets welcomed!
The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside you will find it has 4 spacious bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms including a master suite. Great views of the mountains at Fort Benning! Downstairs there is a spacious, open concept living room and kitchen. All appliances are brand new, and the Kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a big screen TV and sofa bed that can serve as an extra sleeping space. Separate dining room and eat-in kitchen!

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
