Come enjoy our great house that is close to major attractions! Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom can sleep up to 14 people so it’s great for families and groups of all sizes. There is a large private GAME ROOM that is fully stocked with TV, foosball, air hockey, darts, cornhole bag toss, board games and more! Explore all the beauty that Shenandoah National Park and nearby attractions have to offer! Free WiFI. No Pets.
NOTE: The hot tub out back is NOT properly set up and ready for guests. We hope to have this amenity available soon! Please do not attempt to use. Please do not take off the cover. Thank you!

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
