Creekside Chalet is a beautiful mountain home that has been recently updated with new furnishings throughout. The residence borders the National Forest, offering private and spacious ski accommodations for larger families and groups. Minutes from the Thunderhead chairlift and walk-out access to many hiking and biking trails offer something for everyone on your Colorado vacation. An expansive great room with a cathedral ceiling offers spectacular views of the mountains. Comfortable leather furniture invites you to put your feet up and relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace while recapping the day’s adventures with friends and family. Step out on the sunny south-facing deck for a view down the valley, a relaxing al fresco meal in warmer months, or a relaxing soak in your own private hot tub. A spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a professional-grade gas stove top and griddle, double ovens, and double Bosch dishwashers. Aspiring chefs in your group will enjoy a large center island with additional seating for three. The kids’ table will be a big hit as the young ones can enjoy meals at the kitchen table with seating for eight, while adults enjoy relaxing meals in the spacious and elegant 10-person dining area that opens to the great room. Creekside Chalet offers six spacious bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms and flat panel TVs, making it the perfect fit for a variety of groups. On the upper level, a spacious primary has a king bed, sitting area, fireplace, and access to the private back deck, along with a spa-like ensuite with a soaker tub and steam shower. Two more king ensuite rooms are also on the upper level. On the main floor, guests will enjoy three more king ensuite rooms and a powder room. On the lower level of the chalet is a large family room with video games, a home theater 60" LED Smart TV with surround sound, and a full stock of books and board games. Movie lovers can dim the lights and turn up the sound or enjoy a fun game of shuffleboard in the adjacent space. This room also has a twin bunk bed, attached bathroom, and a closed door in case you want to make it the kids’ room. You will also find a mud room for gear storage and garage access on this level. On a side deck looking up to the ski mountain is an 8-person private hot tub. Soak, unwind and plan adventures for the day ahead under a starlit sky or while watching fresh Champagne Powder falling on the mountain. Ski access is a breeze at Creekside Chalet as the Property Manager on-call shuttle will take you to the Thunderhead Express Chairlift in just minutes (winter only.) SHUTTLE This home enjoys complimentary use of the property manager shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. IN HOME AMENITIES All properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances. This home does not have air conditioning. Cool Colorado summer nights keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can’t live without it?
