Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

  • - Unique home overlooking a protected nature reserve.
  • - Access to the house is via 1.2 km of dirt road through the nature reserve.
  • - Smoking is allowed outside only; however, great care must be taken to avoid starting an accidental fire during dry, hot weather. Charges apply for extra cleaning if there is any sign that smoking has taken place inside.
  • - Home’s maximum capacity is strictly for 8 adults and 2 babies whose names must be listed on the booking form (no day visitors or extra guests).
  • - Valuable antiques and artwork feature throughout for your pleasure; guests will be held accountable for any damages or missing items.
  • - Events or parties are strictly prohibited.
  • - Pool not heated
  • - Home promotes ecological values and encourages guests to save energy by turning off all electrical items when not in use.
  • - As the tides change, there may be some mosquitos in the area, please make sure to wear mosquito protection at dusk and dawn.
  • - Children must not be left unattended at any time.
  • - A security deposit might be required after booking confirmation (PT0174)
