Spacious Holiday House with plenty of activities for the kids and only 700m walk to beautiful Safety Beach. The house is open plan with large living area which includes wall mounted smart TV, couches and chairs (6 of which recline), bean bags, reverse cycle air conditioning, wall heater and wifi.
Dining table looks out to large lawn area and seats 8 guests. Kitchen includes all you need for your holiday with island bench, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso pods), fridge, oven, gas stove, electric fry pan, air fryer and more.
There are 3 large bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors has a garage/games room with wall mounted smart TV, couch, table tennis table, bar fridge, bar table and 6 stools.
Garage opens up to the undercover outdoor entertaining area with table and chairs, weber BBQ and outdoor lounge setting.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans
- • Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
- • Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving
