Welcome to Brandywine unit 205, this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located on the south end of Myrtle Beach and just a short walk to the beach. It is close to many restaurants and shopping. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, a private balcony perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, and a private master bath. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa along with a second balcony off of the living room. The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen perfect to make a quick breakfast or a nice dinner. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- -MUST BE 21 AND OLDER TO RENT.
- -MAX 2 Parking Passes per reservation.
- -No Motorcycles or trailers allowed on the property.
- -NO PETS ALLOWED: There will be a $250.00 fee for guests bringing pets into the unit and immediate eviction with no refund.
- -NO SMOKING: There will be a $250.00 fee for any evidence of smoking in the unit.
- -Check-in is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM
- -Large gatherings and parties are not allowed.
- -No Locals Permitted-including the following surrounding cities South Carolina-Atlantic Beach, Aynor, Briarcliffe Acres, Conway, Loris, Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, Little River , Socastee, Bucksport, Garden City, Carolina Forest, Georgetown, Pawleys Island, Murrells Inlet, Andrews
- North Carolina- Calabash, Bolivia, Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle, Tabor City, Whiteville
- -All guests are required to leave a MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card on file for incidentals. The card will be pre-authorized for $100.00 for stays of less than seven nights and $250 for stays of seven nights or longer. After a departure inspection confirms no damage has been done to your unit, this security deposit will be released within 5-7 days of departure. Cash deposits are accepted but are refunded via check which can take up to 4-6 weeks from departure. Monthly stays require a $250 security deposit.
