This cozy condo can comfortably sleep 6 people with a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and just up the spiral stairs you’ll find 2 twin beds on the loft. There is a bathroom on each level. Overlook the tranquil stream and the Four O’clock ski run from your private balcony. After a day of adventure, relax in the community’s hot tub.
Enjoy ski in and out access in the winter with the Snowflake ski lift being only about a 5 minute walk on foot and return to the complex via the Four O’clock ski run right at Sawmill Rd but there is also a free shuttle bus stop close by. Easy walking access to town as well. The condo has a flat screen TV in the living room as well as a DVD player. Wildwood Suites 305 is a great place to experience all Breckenridge has to offer year round! One parking spaces is allotted for this condo.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
