There’s a nice size grassy area right out back that has picnic tables and community barbecue grills. Soak in the community hot tub and relax after the day’s adventures on the mountain.
Enjoy ski in and out access in the winter with the Snowflake ski lift being only about a 5 minute walk on foot and return to the complex via the Four O’clock ski run right at Sawmill Rd but there is also a free shuttle bus stop close by. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
