Very comfortable house in a residence with large swimming pool, a large outdoor area and in an excellent location in the wonderful Torre Dell’Orso. The house is located a few steps from the enchanting white sandy beach (just 100 meters) and the center of this marina (next to the complex there is the Info point), with all the main services and the evening strolls immediately reachable on foot. Inside, the house has a dining room with kitchenette, a large and bright living room with TV, double sofa bed and single bed. The sleeping area is as follows: a double bedroom and a room with two single beds. Adjacent to one of the double rooms there is a comfortable bathroom with only toilet and sink, while next to the other double room, equipped with a flat screen TV, we find the second bathroom, recently renovated, complete with shower. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
