The garden, very well maintained, is situated on a huge estate of more than one hectare, surrounded by high walls (in case you decide to bring your pets along). At your exclusive disposal, the large pool, separated by a small hedge from the tennis court. The villa has a first rounded terrace, which serves as an outdoor living area. It is covered with a beautiful slotted roof that protects from the sun, while maintaining a nice sensation of freedom. The living room offers a sofa, a lovely decorative fireplace, table and chairs and is air-conditioned. It adjoins the spacious kitchen, which then leads to the second terrace. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
