This house offers large garden with a lawn, palm trees, various flowers and a partly covered but fully equipped veranda, perfect for outdoor dining. Outside the house you’ll also find a sink, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The house is fairly furnished. The inside is structured as follows: living room with sofa bed sleeps 1, table, flat screen TV, air conditioning, side kitchen equipped with everything you need; nice double bedroom, comfortable bedroom with 2 single beds (that can be joined into a double bed), bathroom with shower and toilet. In the basement there is the second bathroom with shower box, toilet and a washing machine. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
