The main gate announces an enchanting and green landscape. There you will find a swing, a hammock, various relaxation areas and some swings for the little ones. For the pleasure of the younger, but also for the relaxation of the grown-ups, the villa has a small pool on the side with an area equipped with deckchairs, where you can sip a cool drink without losing sight of your children while they play in the water. At the front, the beautiful covered veranda will offer you precious moments of conviviality with your fellow travelers. Here, a large table, suitable for outdoor meals, dominates the scene, but there are also sofas, armchairs and a flat screen TV to brighten up your evenings. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
