Wilmar Cottage is a charming, new to market two bedroom holiday home situated in the picturesque coastal village of Orford just a stones throw from the quayside and a short walk to welcoming pubs, cafes. village shop and 12th century castle. Orford is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Heritage Coast with the popular seaside town of Aldeburgh only a 20-minute drive away where you can stop en-route and visit Snape Maltings, famous for it’s concert hall, boutique shops and cafes.
With tasteful, rustic touches throughout, the cottage has a lovely, open-plan living and dining room at the front that benefits from a fantastic wood-burner, U shaped sofa and dining table with benches. From here the property flows into a well-equipped kitchen with built-in storage and a downstairs WC, leading out to the rear courtyard with bistro furniture, perfect for enjoying an evening meal in with a glass of wine during the summer...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
