Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- REGLAS DE PROPIEDAD:
- 1) Cada huésped y visitante debe estar registrado y debe mostrar su Pasaporte o identificación válida en la entrada del edificio. Tenemos un host 24/7 en el apartamento para seguridad y servicio.
- 2) TODO MENOR DE 18 AÑOS DEBE ESTAR CON SUS PADRES O TRAER PERMISO NOTARIAL.
- 3) No se permite ingreso de cabinas de sonido ni dj´s
- 4) Cualquier daño causado a la casa o a las pertenencias de la propiedad deberá ser notificado y será cobrado.
- 5) En caso de incendio, no tuilizar el ascensor.
- 6) Está terminantemente prohibido fumar cualquier tipo de sustancia en las instalaciones del apartamento, incluyendo cigarrillos y tabaco, hay un cargo de $ 50.0 USD si se encuentra fumando adentro.
- 7) No está permitido dejar ningún tipo de artículos u objetos con los empleados de la casa.
- 8) Se permiten mascotas pero hay que tener cuidado.
- 9) EL TRÁFICO SEXUAL Y DE DROGAS ES UN DELITO, TODO ABUSO DE DROGAS, TRÁFICO DE MENORES O TRÁFICO DE PERSONAS SE DENUNCIARÁ A LAS AUTORIDADES. SEGÚN LA LEY 679 DE 2001, SE PROHÍBE ESTRICTAMENTE EL INGRESO DE MENORES DE EDAD A CUALQUIER ESTABLECIMIENTO TURÍSTICO CON FINES DE PROSTITUCIÓN O ABUSO SEXUAL
- 10) Los niños deben estar acompañados por un adulto en todo momento.
- 11) Cada vez que salga del apartamento, apague el aire acondicionado, las luces y deje las ventanas y la puerta de entrada cerradas.
- 12) Tener cuidado con el uso de la piscina, no hacer clavados, ni ingerir alimentos o alcohol.
- 13) Para conservar el medio ambiente, te pedimos que seas responsable con el consumo de agua y luz.
- 14) La seguridad del apartamentoa no se responsabiliza por pérdidas en el interior del apartamento. Para su seguridad, existen cámaras de vigilancia controladas por una empresa de seguridad privada.
- 15) El check-out es a las 11:00 a.m.
- *Por favor, mantenga el ruido bajo, especialmente durante los días de semana y tarde en la noche. Multa de $150 USD
- Servicios Extra de Limpieza: $100 USD o $500.000cop.
