The Home
The hedonist square is an exquisite Cycladic house with astonishing views to the Aegean sea. The bohemian hippiesque style of places like St. Tropez, Comporta, Plettenberg and Otranto was an inspiration to the owner while searching the island for this house. The neighbourhood is excellent consisting of a breathtaking landscape with sparkling seas and sprinkled white houses all around while you’ll be happily suprised by the welcoming and laid-back attitude of the locals.
You will have access to a fully equipped and independent villa, with a private shaded terrace and garden. Feel free to pick aromatic herbs from your cooking!
You will be located in the South side of the island. Near Lolantonis and Faragas beaches. Punta World Class Kite surfing area is also nearby
Although you can walk to your local beach, a mode of transport (car, bike, moped, ATV) is recommended in order to better enjoy your stay.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
