Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- • HOT TUB
- - Hours: Please remember that our home is in a residential area. To be respectful of our neighbors, the use of hot tub & outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum past 9pm.
- - No eating /drinking in the spa.
- - Please use plastic cups around hot tub.
- - No persons under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol may use hot tub.
- - Swim suits required
- - Pregnant women & persons with health related illnesses should consult with their physician before using hot tub
- - Use restricted to individuals 18 yrs and older.
- • No smoking inside the house -$250 fine
- • No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person
- • Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Must be respectful of neighbors.
- • Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
- • If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.
- • We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
- • Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
