This cosy house is a portion of an ancient and restored farm house which belongs to the same family since ages.
It’s right at Siena’s door offering amazing views, charming setting and a very spacious living area.
Set on the side of a gentle hill facing Chianti, is completely made of stone and surrounded by a pleasent and well equipped garden where the beautiful whirlpool tub is located with a wonderful view of the Sienese hills.
The house develops over two floors: the ground floor has a spacious living room with table and couches and a well equipped kitchen with direct access to the equipped and private outside area.
One bathroom.
On the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms ( air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms one with shower and one with bath tube.
The external hot tub is pure pleasure and is open from 01st of may to 30th of September, the house is also equipped with wifi and all modern comforts.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
