Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The following services are not included in the price and must be paid at check-in:
- Gas: 4 EUR per cubic metre. Max. quantity: 1.
- Heating / Electricity: 0.5 EUR per kW. Max. quantity: 1. Applicable seasons: from 05-28 to 08-28.
- Winter Heat: 0.5 EUR per kW. Applicable seasons: from 01-01 to 05-27, from 08-29 to 12-31.

- Baby high chair: included in the price. Max. quantity: 1.
- Cancellation Insurance: 5% of the booking price.
- Internet Access: included in the price.
- Pet: 25 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 1.
- Crib: included in the price. Max. quantity: 1.
- - Check-in schedule: from Mon to Sat, from 17:30 to 19:00.
- - Check-out time: 10:00.
