Excellent holiday home in perfect position within the beautiful Porto Cesareo, all easily reachable on foot, both the sandy beaches, the evening promenades and the various shops. The house is ideal for summer holidays, given the presence of parking spaces (in the first part of the front courtyard), an outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining (in the raised area closest to the entrance) and numerous internal comforts (air conditioning in each room, WiFi internet connection, washing machine, flat screen TV and more). The first bedroom has a double and single bed, the second a double bed, but on request it is possible to add the sixth single bed. The kitchenette, new and well equipped, is adjacent to the living room with table, chairs, TV and various furniture. Finally, the bathroom has a shower and toilet.
