Want to be less than 500 feet from the beach? You can when you stay here! This condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 6 people. This unit is beautifully furnished and features a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances that you’d need to put together tasty, home-cooked meals. When it’s time to eat, you can do so at either the breakfast bar, dining table or lanai game table – each area seats up to four people. If you wish to grab a bite out, visit the Big Hickory Grill next door or look up several of our favorites in the guest book. You can access Big Hickory Grill by going through the gate on the North side of our building using the provided blue security key.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
