This 2/2 impeccably updated condo is on the first floor and water views overlooking a quiet inlet off of the intercostal waterway. Boat docks are just outside your door. Crystal clear condo pool just a very short walk down a sidewalk along with BBQ grills.
You are closer to the beach than some of the beach overflow parking - and with your own private covered parking to boot. The free rides guys are available for a lift to Siesta Key Village where you can shop, eat and drink to your heart’s content. Hop on a bike and mosey to the village for a morning coffee. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
