Fully equipped kitchen so you can cook and spacious seating at the dining table When it’s time to rest, retreat to our spacious and luxurious bedrooms, complete with premium bedding and cotton towels that will ensure a restful night’s sleep. Each room is beautifully decorated with stylish accents and comfortable furnishings that will make you feel right at home. House Layout: First floor has an open living room and dining room for 8. There are 2 bedrooms with Queen beds when you first walk into the house and a full bath. Laundry room is right by the 2 car garage. The living room has a 65" smart TV for watching games or a movie with the family. The primary bedroom is located towards the back of the house and has a King bed with Molecule mattress. There is a huge walk in closet and a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub. From the living room, you can access the outdoor seating area and has a wood burning firepit. The backyard has a fully fenced yard. The basement has very tall ceilings and where the kids play area is located! We have a 55" Smart TV with seating, Nugget cushions, and a wooden playset. There is an office area, a full bathroom, and a Queen bedroom in the basement as well. Amenities: - Enjoy 100% cotton Parachute brand linens and Crate & Barrel, Brooklinen duvet covers for a cozy and luxurious sleep experience - Soft and fluffy 100% cotton towels for ultimate comfort - Medium memory foam mattress for a comfortable night’s sleep - Bathroom stocked with Charmin toilet paper, Head & Shoulders shampoo, and Olay/Dove body wash - Kitchen equipped with Dawn, Bounty, Cascade, and Keurig Starbucks k-cups for your convenience - All sheets washed in Tide - Fast 500Mbps internet throughout the house to stay connected and entertained during your stay Additional add ons by request only: -fridge stocked with your favorite items before arriving -pack n play, high chair, slumberpod, bassinet, nuna car seat, or other baby items -additional cleanings during your extended stays ask us about anything else you would like, and we will try to accommodate as much as possible! No visitors or guests other than those on the reservation are allowed. If there are any violations of this, the reservation will be terminated with no refunds. No shoes inside on the carpet. Any stains will incur $300 carpet cleaning fee. Strict early check in and late check out fees apply. Please coordinate ahead of time. Otherwise, $50/30 min late fee will be charged. Thanks!
