This retreat is conveniently located within a mile from Fresh Market grocery store, Park City Bread & Bagel, O’Shucks Bar & Grill, and Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club. Enjoy US Ski & Snowboard Training at the Woodward Park City Adventure Sports Center and the East Cannon Hiking Trail - both a mile away. Additionally, the home boasts a great location for all of the different resorts in Park City. Canyons Resort and Park City Mountain Resort are within 10 miles, Deer Valley Resort is within 20 miles, and Solitude Mountain Resort and Snowbird are a 21.6 mile-drive and 31.4 mile-drive, respectively.
The main entryway will lead you to the main living space, located on the first floor. This space is filled with rustic touches, which include exposed wood beams, log pillars, and a brick propane fireplace in the living room, and offers nice mountain views and plenty of morning sun. Unwind in front of the gas fireplace while reading a good book, streaming your favorite series on the smart TV with streaming services, or playing any of the board games provided. Sliding glass doors lead you to the spacious balcony, furnished with a couple of chairs and a gas grill for warm-weather barbecues. Back inside, the open kitchen is fully appointed to help you prepare delicious treats and homemade meals for the crew. The nearby dining table is ideal for family meals. Additionally, this level features a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer and the primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower and a jetted tub.
Head down the stairs to find a snuggly family room with plenty of board games, a large sectional, a futon, and a TV with cable. There are two private bedrooms sharing a full bathroom on this level as well.
