"Eleni’s Family Villa" is a two floor villa (280sqm.) at Lagana. This charming and delightful property is only 1.5km (15min walking) away from the beach. The spacious areas and backyard (3.000sqm.) are ideal for large families, barbecue parties (after request) and all social events (after request).
The main entrance of the Villa is on the first floor. On this floor as you enter, you find on the left hand side the spacious living room with a LED TV, DVD player and a fireplace. The atmosphere is ideal for reading and relaxation. The big south balcony offers a quiet garden view. After entering on the right hand side, there is the dinning area with an open plan fully equipped kitchen ( electric cooker/ oven, microwave, fridge/ deep fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, blender, juicer and all necessary cooking equipment), where you can prepare a quick meal or a luxurious dinner for your guests. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
