The home boasts an open concept with modern touches. The stellar modern kitchen features upscale appliances, a wine fridge, and a lovely cool grey color scheme that extends to the spacious prep island. Each bedroom is decorated for comfort, with one featuring a desk workspace for completing remote work in privacy. The main bedroom features a private balcony and a spacious ensuite bathroom that includes a standalone tiled shower and a soaking tub. Pool toys and a paddleboat are included for guest use during your stay - fun comes guaranteed at this lovely home. THINGS TO KNOW An elevator is installed at this home to aid guests with mobility needs. One of the king beds is a California king. Guests can stand, sit, and fish from the dock, as well as load canoes and paddleboats. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 0 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
