Majestic, luxurious, everything you need for a downtown getaway. The White Oak sits in the Southside area of downtown Chattanooga with easy access to dining, shops and more. This 4 story beautifully furnished townhome features a queen bed and full bathroom with laundry and one car garage with a full size air hockey table on the main floor. The second floor boasts a large kitchen and dining area with full living room. The full kitchen is stocked with dishes/pots/pans/coffee maker/silverware, etc. The 3rd floor hosts the extra large master bedroom with king bed and guest room with 2 bunk bed sets. On the top floor you’ll get lost in games with multiple arcade systems and board games or enjoy the amazing view of the mountains from the private deck next to the outdoor fire pit. Towels, linens and everything you may need is provided. Please be advised, for stays 30 days or longer, we require a "mid-stay" clean approximately every 15 days....

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- #1: There is no smoking inside the home at any time. (Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas) #2: Home should be locked whenever all guests leave the property. #3: Quiet times are from 9:00pm to 8:00am (Please be respectful of our neighbors) #4: Please report maintenance issues, and damages immediately. #5: Spills and accidents occur - please notify us immediately if something happens. #6: No Parties or events. #7: Most important rule...Enjoy your stay! For our guests convenience, we have supplied you with your own guest app. On this app you can find the House Rules, check-out checklist, wifi details, and many other property specific information. You can also see if there are any concerts, or upcoming events in the city during your stay. Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
