This is a unique sanctuary occupying the first floor of an industrial chic modern home decorated with original art and contemporary furniture. A private stone path leads around the back of the house where you will find a hidden birders’ paradise. PLEASE NOTE: Although we are DOG friendly, we do NOT allow cats. For dogs, we charge pet rent of $25/per night per pup. Although we are a pet friendly home, due to allergy issues of future renters we request that pets not be allowed on furniture (particularly in the bed). We also prefer pets be crated if left alone. Please pick up after your furry family member! Please be advised, for stays 30 days or longer, we require a "mid-stay" clean...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- #1: There is no smoking inside the home at any time. (Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas) #2: Home should be locked whenever all guests leave the property. #3: Quiet times are from 9:00pm to 8:00am (Please be respectful of our neighbors) #4: Please report maintenance issues, and damages immediately. #5: Spills and accidents occur - please notify us immediately if something happens. #6: No Parties or events. #7: Most important rule...Enjoy your stay! For our guests convenience, we have supplied you with your own guest app. On this app you can find the House Rules, check-out checklist, wifi details, and many other property specific information. You can also see if there are any concerts, or upcoming events in the city during your stay. Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
