Our centrally located flat in Puerto del Rosario has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 5 people (max. 4 adults). It is a very spacious and comfortable accommodation of 78 m². The area of Puerto del Rosario is ideal for families and for those looking to spend a few days in the capital of the island and enjoy the gastronomy it offers, visit museums and enjoy a stroll among shops, cafes and parks. In addition, you can also visit the beaches, which are just a few minutes away.
It has an independent kitchen fully equipped with: fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. In the living room you can find a double sofa bed and a TV in two languages (Spanish and English). It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 150 and the other with a double bed of 140.
It also has air conditioning for the hottest days, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and It is easy to park on the street...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
