Welcome to the Shore Leave! Just a five minute walk to the beach, five minute drive to the Londontowne Public Gardens, and minutes to Maryland’s capital, Annapolis. The owner has worked hard to make sure guests will feel at home! Curl up on the couch to watch a movie, have coffee on the balconies or in the backyard, or grab a few drinks and head down to the beach to watch the sunset. This large home has several living spaces and plenty of room for a large or multiple families to spread out.
When you enter the home on the main floor, you will be greeted by a cozy den that leads up to the large formal dining room and kitchen. Also on the main floor is the large Master Suite with a private bath and flatscreen TV. Head out to the large private backyard and patio to lounge on the patio furniture, including a hammock. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
