The Home
Our 3 bedroom cottage is located in the middle of Naples Park on the 800 block making it quite easy to get to the Mercato, The Pavilion, Vanderbilt beach and lots more! Our home has an extra large lot with tons of privacy in the backyard and a nice and big screened and covered lanai with outdoor furnishings.
Upon entering the home you come into our open concept floor plan. You immediately enter into the family room to the left which has a swivel chair, a sofa, a coffee table and large screen wall mounted TV and entry cabinet. As you continue down the family room on the right is the two guest rooms, each with a Queen bed. The second bedroom which faces the front of the home is situated on a corner so it has 2 windows letting in lots of natural light. There is a ceiling fan in this bedroom and in all bedrooms in the home.
The third bedroom is directly down the hall from the second bedroom and it faces the back...

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
