This is a two story home that sits in the private community of Pacifico nestled right in the heart of Playas del Coco. There is a lovely beach club that is available for a small fee. This home sits on top of a hill which is why you have that million dollar view. You will need transportation of a golf cart or car. The pool is run by solar so always the perfect temperature.
This a two story home that has four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. There are two master suites and two large guest bedrooms. Each with its own AC and ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom is very private. The home has the living and dining space on the first floor. It is located at the very top of a hill which provides you the beautiful million dollar view. The living room overlooks the pool and ocean. It does not get any better than this lovely home!

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- Please follow all the terms and conditions of Airbnb. We do not accept guests that rent for other people and that is also not permitted by Airbnb in their rules. This home is for 8 people maximum and that includes children. Children under 3 are not included in the total. No pets. Please do not leave trash in the unit. When checking out, please place all trash in the bins in the garage area. We also provide shampoos, conditioner, soap, toilet paper and paper towels plus cleaning supplies but these are not unlimited. Please follow all rules for the common area and pool area. There is no smoking of any substance in the home including vaping. The beach club where you have access to enter is $25 per person per day. Thank you!
