Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Please follow all the terms and conditions of Airbnb. We do not accept guests that rent for other people and that is also not permitted by Airbnb in their rules. This home is for 6 people maximum and that includes children. Children under 3 are not included in the total. No pets. Please do not leave trash in the unit. When checking out, please place all trash in the bins in the parking garage area. We also provide shampoos, conditioner, soap, toilet paper and paper towels plus cleaning supplies but these are not unlimited. Please follow all rules for the common area and pool area. There is no smoking of any substance in the home including vaping. The beach club where you have access to enter is $25 per person per day. Thank you!
