Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Please do not take glass to the pool area. Please only use the plastic plates, cups and wine plasticware that is located in the kitchen by the pool. There is no diving or jumping into pool.
- Please do not leave doors and windows open while using the AC.
- Do not leave trash in the home as it does collect ants and other insects. Please follow the rules of the trash area outside.
- We do not allow unregistered guests at the home or parties that disrupt the community. If there is a phone call from the guard or neighbors, there is a risk that you will be removed from the home and no deposit will be refunded.
- There is no smoking in the home.
- We are very eco-friendly as we are Costa Rica where we are surrounded by nature, fresh air, waterfalls, volcanoes and energy efficient country. We have central AC in parts of the homes as well as split AC units. Please be gentle with the use of laundry - do not place towels and clothes with sand/coins/keys in the washer or dryer. Please shake those outside prior to wash. Thank you!
