Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sleeps 4. Three pools for swimming and private parking. Great internet for virtual workers. Fully equipped condo. Close to many beaches from Tamarindo to Flamingo!
Relax in the comfortable and large condo in The Oaks. The open setting for the living, dining and kitchen area is delightful. There are two full bathrooms. You will have plenty of closet space. There is a private laundry and wash room.
There is an outdoor gym, and small children’s play area. You will find a nice walking trail around the entire compound which makes a nice walk for families. There are three pools with chairs along with a child’s pool. There are grills to use by the pools. There is plenty of parking but there is no assigned parking spots. This community is a 24/7 gated community.
While it is inland and not walking distance to the beaches, you are 10-15 minutes...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Please trash in the designated areas outside in the parking areas. Trash does not go at the bottom of the steps unless for recycling. Shoes must be placed inside the condo- not outside. Nothing should be placed outside in the common area. Trash should not be left outside the door nor inside the condo. No smoking of any substance in the condo or on the balconies Please place all AC offs when leaving and all doors locked. No pets.
- Please make sure to use the pool showers to wash off additional sand from the beach when you return. Please do not use the showers in the bathrooms to wash off the sand.
