In a few steps from the Old Town and Main Street Corso Italia, famous for the shopping and to enjoy a moment of relaxation when there is a pedestrian area before sunset by sitting at one of the many bars present to enjoy a good aperitif. It is also near the Train and Bus Station, in the area of 200 meters there are all the shops, restaurant, pharmacies, banks, bar and a well-stocked supermarket near the entry of the building. Getting Around Our apartment is located in a very peaceful and safe area within walking distance to the main square Piazza Tasso, main street Corso Italia, Train and Bus Station as well as all of the main attractions of the city. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in a outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance.Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.
