The Home
This apartment is on the second floor of a two-apartment building on the first line of Portocolom. We access the apartment by the staircase that takes us to the second floor, there is no elevator so it is not recommended to persons with mobility impairment. When we enter the apartment, we find a large living room with two areas, one with a dining table for 6 people and another are with a sofa in front of the TV; from the living room we access the terrace where there is a terrace table, some seats, a place where you can enjoy excellent views of the port; next to the dining room, there is the fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace.
In the back of the apartment, there are the bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bathroom en suite with shower, two with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, and on the back terrace, there is the washing machine.
The apartment has satellite TV, Wiffi and air conditioning...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
