This villa is situated in a peaceful area of Buzanada, a haven away from the crowds, but very close to the main resorts, just 10 mins by car. It’s perfectly located for a chilled relaxing holiday with family or friends or for those who are more active; a great base for exploring the beautiful hiking paths of Tenerife or cycling on quiet roads to some of the best routes in Tenerife. Buzanada village is a short walk, with small supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, including a pizzeria.
This is a spacious modern 5 bedroom villa with some lovely nods to Canarian architecture. It has been well designed to suit families and friends and well equipped throughout.
The villa is on two separate levels. The main part of the villa is on the upper level with 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom has an ensuite and lovely balcony with views down to the coast. There is a further 2 double bedrooms and one twin with a full family...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
