Located in the urban area of Bonaire, a suburb of Alcudia with its own small selection of bars, restaurants and two quiet, local beaches, Tacaritx (Tack Ar Itch) is an unusual house in the the accommodation is on the first floor.
Steps lead up to the entrance door to Villa "Tacaritx de Alcudia". Leading off from the entrance are three very spacious bedrooms, which share a main family bathroom and separate shower room. There is a light and airy lounge area with comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. A terrace area leads off from the lounge overlooking the front of the house, there is another leading from the kitchen, perfect for finding your ideal spot to enjoy al-fresco dining in the Mallorcan sunshine. From the terrace at the rear of the house, steps lead down to the pool area. There are sunloungers here and plenty of space for enjoying the sunshine. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
