The Space: Our lovely Viaduct apartment is perfectly situated for both business or pleasure travellers and is equipped with all the necessities you may need! This apartment will be a great choice for your stay with a fully-stocked kitchen, Smart TV, and super comfy King bed. We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival. The Viaduct is one of the best location in Auckland CBD and is surrounded by some of the best bars and restauarants the city has to offer. Top it off with quiet walks around the Harbour looking at the lovely yachts on display, and you’ve got the perfect trip to the City of Sails! We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible: - Free WiFi - Super fast and unlimited! - Coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper - Shampoo, body wash and conditioner - Free swimming pool and gym on-site The bedroom has a large King sized bed, and the bed can be split into two singles if needed (just let us know when you make the booking). The main room of the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table with four chairs. There is also a beautiful enclosed patio - great for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night! There is a washing machine and dryer tucked away in a cupboard in the bathroom. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire property, as well as the building swimming pool and gym. Other Things to Note: Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more. Key Pick-Up: The key will need to be picked up from a secure location in the Viaduct (office is called Keyp-It and it is located to the left of 16 Market Place), which is a 5 minute walk or 2 min drive away from the apartment. They provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. This is a different location to the property you’ll be staying at. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. They also have free WiFi access at Keyp-It in case you need the internet to contact us. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date. Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with ID provided for guests over 18 years of age. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions. Parking: We don’t have parking available with the apartment, but there are plenty of public parking locations in the area. Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $50 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you. Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability. Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the property but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf. Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 2 x tea/coffee, 3 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement. Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay. Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am. This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property. House Rules: Quiet hours are between 9pm and 9am - please respect our neighbours.
