Beautiful ocean views in a spacious 3 bedroom setting. Over 3500 sq ft of indoor and outdoor living, complete with 36" outdoor grill on the Great Room terrace. Each of the 4 terraces have private seating areas to enjoy the ocean views and jungle sounds. Each of our guests has access to the private owner’s beach club, the Prieta Beach Club, as well as the Arnold Palmer golf course, Har Tru tennis and pickleball courts.
Our attentive concierge will plan all of the details of your stay, from transportation and provisioning, to the chef services, In home spa services, child care, and all of the adventures you want to pack in. You simply need to arrive, relax and enjoy.
NOTE: Rates do not include 18% taxes/fees and these will be due 2 months prior to arrival. Guests pay daily beach club access fee $50/person/day that you go) directly to the Prieta Beach Club.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
