Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all homes.
- Home Furniture & Electronics
- This home is privately owned, and all furnishings have been placed here by the owners for your enjoyment. If you rearrange any furnishings, please return them to their original location.
- Do not modify any of the home’s electronics.
- Pets
- Dogs are welcome in many of our homes with prior approval. The presence of any other pet in a home without approval may result in additional charges and eviction from the home. Other restrictions may apply.
- A one-time fee of $75.00+ tax per dog will be added to the reservation.
- Check-In
- Check-in time begins at 4:30 pm. Properties are not guaranteed to be ready at 4:30 pm.
- Check Out
- Check-out time is 10:30 am. Upon your departure, please call the front desk at 541.593.1653 to inform us you have departed.
- Please vacate the home at or before this time so our housekeeping staff can prepare the home for the next guest.
- Parking
- Parking is provided at your vacation home/condominium, please park in the driveway or designated parking area for condominiums. On-street parking is not allowed in Sunriver.
- Signed Terms and Conditions
- A signed copy of our Terms and Conditions is required for all rental reservations.
- By signing this agreement for the rental of a vacation home you are creating a binding agreement to rent the designated accommodation and are subject to the terms and conditions of that agreement. Any exceptions to the Rental Terms and Conditions must be approved in advance and in writing by the property management.
