This striking modern home occupies a commanding position above the beautiful bay of Es Torrent, affording wonderful views across the sparkling waters of the bay and the craggy cliffs and coves of Ibiza’s south coast.
The terraced gardens around Ibiza Villa 1057 feature outside spaces that have been designed to make the most of the glorious sea views. Step outside onto the terrace to find a shaded dining table, seating ten. Alongside, the heated infinity pool slips away to a glass wall overlooking a further sun terrace with an al-fresco bar.
The bar area offers another dining area, seating six, a Sonos sound system, and a barbeque. Relax on one of the giant loungers for a great view of the pool and the house or, in the other direction, the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
