Property Manager is proud to present Ibiza Villa 1024.
On the outskirts of the lively village of Jesus, close to Ibiza Town, Ibiza Villa 1024 offers guests a surprisingly generous amount of outdoor space. Overlooking the glorious golden sands of Playa Talamanca, and with wonderful views to Dalt Vila, Ibiza’s old town, this is a wonderful place to relax and unwind after a day exploring this beautiful island.
A large infinity pool stretches the length of Ibiza Villa 1024 gardens. With a gently shelving beach at one end and magnificent views to Ibiza Town at the other, by night this pool enjoys one of the most impressive views on the Ibiza – Eivissa Castle lit by night – and the bright lights of the town seem within arm’s reach.
Pull up a lounger and soak up the warm Ibizan sunshine on the wide sun terrace beside the pool. Or relax under the nearby lounge seating under a shaded pergola.
Closer to the house, another terrace offers a shaded spot to enjoy a barbeque, with dining seating for ten, or perhaps an al-fresco lunch or dinner under the stars. Just inside the sliding glass doors to this terrace, you’ll find an impressive bar area, with bar stool seating and a dining table, seating twelve.
Accommodation is split over three floors, with four separate lounge areas. All enjoy the wonderful views to Ibiza Town. On the middle floor you’ll find another sun terrace looking out towards Dalt Vila. Sliding glass doors open the terrace to a spacious lounge with L-shaped sofa seating and TV with satellite channels.
Another generous living space is found on the upper floor, with sofa seating, a formal dining area, seating twelve, and a small adjacent office space. The well-equipped kitchen also boasts a small breakfast table. In addition, there’s a quiet chill out space that makes the most of the wonderful views, a cosy den, and a small, private gym. All this adds up to plenty of space for everyone in your party to chill out.
All of the six double bedrooms are en-suite, and some feature beautiful photography of island views. Four of the double rooms have en-suites with jacuzzi bathtubs. The sixth double bedroom is located in a separate apartment with lounge seating and private access via the garden.
Ibiza Villa 1024 is a fantastic Ibizan holiday home, ideal for entertaining, just a short distance from the bright lights of Ibiza Town and golden sands of Talamanca Beach.
