Inspired by my favorite place in Los Angeles, Juniper Hyde Park combines calming nature with the central location in the neighborhood of Hyde Park. This 3 bed 1 bath house is 10 mins walking to Hyde Park Square, down the street from Wasson Trail, and mins away from any restaurant or shopping in Oakley and Rookwood.
There is also driveway parking for 2 cars plus on street parking.
10 min driving to downtown Cincinnati and UC Hospital

Juniper is completed updated with modern amenities while maintaining original hardwood floors. It is so comfortable, cozy, and quiet. As always, we never compromise on comfort and bedding. This house is outfitted with furniture and bedding from West Elm and 100% cotton sheets and towels.
House Layout:
Walking from the driveway, you can enjoy coffee outside on the porch with 2 oversized chairs.
First floor has cozy living room and a stylish dining room with seating for 6. (Let me know what you think about the lighting ambiance in the dining room...) In the kitchen, we have amenities for cooking including utensils and plates for kids. Through the kitchen, you can get to the deck and backyard. Enjoy the sun on the outdoor seating on the deck!
3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom are on the 2nd floor. There are 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 1 Twin bed with a desk. All the beds are memory memory foam mattress with 100% cotton sheets and bedding from West Elm.
We have LG washer and dryers in the basement with Tide laundry detergent for your stay.
Fireplace is not available for use.
