Accommodation measuring 104 m², with elevator, garden, garden furniture, 10 m² terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), TV, hairdryer, air conditioning (front/cold) throughout the accommodation, swimming pool community+children’s and 1 private parking space. The induction kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. All linen and towels are provided as well as first day amenities such as shower gel and toilet paper.
The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. For your convenience, we have two options:

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
