This is an amazing house located in the historic center, downtown area of Faro. Ideal for families or groups of friends to enjoy the wonderful sun and sea of the Algarve, as well as the excellent fish that the Algarve has on the "Menu".
The apartment is fully furnished, decorated and equipped with everything you can think of. The design and functional decoration give the apartment the feeling of being at home. Kitchen and bathrooms, equipped with everything you need. All linen and towels are provided as well as first day amenities such as shower gel and toilet paper. Cable TV and Wi-Fi access are available free of charge in the apartment. There is public parking in a nearby area without reservation.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
- Taxa Turistica:
- From 03/01 to 10/31: 1.5 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults). 0 EUR per person (children from 0 to 13 years old). Applicable for a maximum of 7 days.
- - Optional services:
- Bed linen: included in the price.
- Towels: included in the price.
- Air-conditioning: included in the price.
- - Check-in schedule: everyday, from 15:30 to 19:00 and from 19:00 to 02:00.
- - Check-out time: 10:30.
